Hope Fest
Join us for an evening aimed at bringing hope, healing and connection to our tri-county community at the 6th Annual Hope Fest. The event is scheduled for Thursday, September 17 from 4-8 pm at the University of Rio Grande.
This year's event will feature a 5K Color Run, which starts at 5:30 pm, along with, music, community resources, activities, food trucks, memorial table, and sidewalk market.
Support Levels
5K Registration (Comes with event t-shirt): $30
Event T-shirt: $20
Event Sponsorship: $500 - Social Media promotion, physical yard signs at event, name on event t-shirt, free t-shirt, and vendor table
T-shirt Sponsorship: $200 - Logo on event t-shirt, free t-shirt, and vendor table
Vendor Sponsorship: $30 - Vendor Table
Please note the submission date to sponsor is August 31, 2026, to allow for timely preparation of promotional materials.
Why sponsor, where do funds go?
Previous years funds have been used for:
- Mental health events on campus and in the community
- Mental health resources to connect students, staff and community members to local services
- Wellness kits for local Law Enforcement Officers
- And much more!
Specific goals for funds this year:
- The JED Campus Program
- A “connection” bench on campus
- Loss/grief materials for funeral homes
- Safe home kits
- QPR training
- Continued support for previous years projects as mentioned above
