The School of Engineering Technologies consists of 6 diverse technology programs designed to prepare students for careers in specialized occupational fields. Four (4) full-time members provide over 95 percent of the technical instruction in the School’s associate and bachelor degree programs. Other adjunct faculty are specialists in their respective fields. Constant change is a common thread that each faculty member addresses through professional development activities, consulting in their area of expertise, and program curriculum review.
We believe that, all things considered, the quality of faculty is the most important factor in a technology program. We are very fortunate to have dedicated faculty with superior academic credentials and many years of professional and teaching experience. Most of our faculty members came to the teaching profession after many years of work experience, and they remain because teaching allows for personal and professional enrichment, as well as the satisfaction of passing knowledge and skills on to the next generation of technology practitioners.
