An introduction to functions. Topics include: algebraic, exponential, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions. Also included are systems of linear and non-linear equations, conic sections, vectors, sequences and series. Emphasis is placed on graphing with a graphing calculator. A graphing calculator is required. Prerequisite: A grade of C or better in MTH 11403 or equivalent skill level as indicated by the score on the placement exam. May not be used as mathematics elective. Course fee required.
