This course is designed to clarify personal needs and values in light of current research and questions in the areas of mental and emotional health, the potential and limitations of drugs, the functioning of the human body, disease and trends in current medical practice, and nutrition. Exercise and the wellness approach are emphasized. Small groups will be utilized for discussion and study will be done through audio- visual aids. Speakers are secured from local health related agencies.
