The Print Shop at the University of Rio Grande seeks to support the entire community, administrators, faculty, staff and students, through efficient, timely production of all photocopying and printing needs. It is the goal of the Print Shop to work with individuals and departments to meet their particular printing needs and insure satisfaction with Print Shop Services.
The Print Shop recovers costs by allocating them to the user departments through a CHARGE-BACK SYSTEM. Charges are based on supplies and materials. Departments utilizing the services are sent a monthly summary, which shows the cost of their printing jobs and/or supplies. The goal of this website is to increase the University Community's understanding of the printing operation. Please feel free to contact the Print Shop when you have special projects or questions about the printing process.

Printing Agreement
Condition of Copy
Upon receipt of the copy, should it be evident that the copy differs from what was originally discussed and quoted, the original shall be rendered void and a new quotation issued.
Production Schedules
Production schedules will be established and adhered to by the Print Shop and the customer provided that neither shall incur delays due to fire, accidents, energy failure, equipment breakdown, supplier delays, action of Government, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of the Print Shop or customer.
Terms
Payment shall be whatever was set forth in the quotation.
