Elmer’s forges partnership with Rio Grande Fine Woodworking
RIO GRANDE, Ohio – Since its inception in 1988 the Fine Woodworking Program at The University of Rio Grande / Rio Grande Community College has crafted a reputation among the best in the country.
Rio’s Fine Woodworking alumni are recognized nationwide throughout all facets of the industry as highly skilled and innovative craftsmen with a passion for continual learning. These traits are the bedrock of a newly forged partnership with Elmer’s Products, Inc. that make the Rio program a site for continual research and development, product innovation, and scholarship.

We foresee a very long partnership in which all parties mutually benefit.”
Elmer’s has inspired people to create, build and learn for more than 65 years through its creative adhesive solutions and industry leading technology. The Ohio-based company will now supply Rio’s Fine Woodworking Program with all its adhesive needs and workshop supplies as the exclusive provider.
The partnership also includes in a $2,500 annual Elmer’s Products, Inc. Fine Woodworking Scholarship, as well on-campus interaction with Elmer’s scientists and researchers for Fine Woodworking students.
