Second-year students in the Respiratory Care Program have completed Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support through the American Heart Association in their classroom lab this fall. Students will complete the Neonatal Resuscitation Program in the spring in order to graduate in May as ACLS, PALS, and NRP providers in accordance with the curriculum of the American Heart Association.

Respiratory Care student John Mount was voted President of the 2014 Class by his peers, while fellow second-year students Shameca Armstrong and Chris Scherfel were elected Leadership Representatives. Justin Collins was appointed to serve as the student member of the Advisory Council.
