Welcome to the Maintenance and Grounds site.  It is the goal of our office to enhance the University experience for the students, faculty and staff by maintaining a clean and safe environment. Specific duties provided in support of the University are carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating and air-conditiong, building maintenance, lawncare, landscaping and many others.
