As we approach the end of the Spring 2013 semester, we are all beginning to formally evaluate our students and their work in our courses.  However, we often put our own self-evaluation on the back burner.  We all have busy and demanding lives, but this workshop provides a space for us to focus on the important work of evaluating our teaching. 
      In this final workshop of the Spring, we will gather together to create Matrices for our individual courses.  These Matrices will give us a tool for evaluating the success of our curriculum and the success of our PSLOs.  Participants will attend this hands-on workshop ready to evaluate their own courses.  After completing Matrix, we will then be able to share our results, discuss what worked in our courses this semester (and what didn’t), and make a plan for revising our classes, our teaching, and (potentially) our program.
