Academic Awards

Rio Grande is a unique institution were Ohio residents can attend our Community College the first two years at a lower Community College tuition. To help students and families off set the University tuition the final years, Rio Grande offers academic awards to undergraduate students who are charged the Private University tuition. The University students are classified as students who have completed 64 credit hours or more and pursing a Bachelor's Degree, or out of state residents. The Academic Awards are not applicable to degree programs that already receive a tuition discount. Rio Grande would like to commend and reward students for hard work in the classroom. The academic awards are given with the student financial aid award letter and renewed based on URG Scholarship Terms and Conditions.
