The Rio Grande McArthur Center opened in Fall 2010 as a joint venture between Rio Grande and the Vinton County Local Schools. The Center is located in the Vinton County Schools’ Administrative Office Building in McArthur, Ohio. Fourteen students attended the McArthur Center in that first Fall. In the Fall 2012 semester, 114 students were enrolled in classes. The Rio Grande McArthur Center allows students to take general education courses in a comfortable atmosphere close to home.
